Any ideas what these 2 things are on the deck?
There is the big circle.. Is that a marker? Then there are the little nick like things...

The photos aren't very clear. What, exactly, do you mean by "nick like things"? One thing I think I see in one of the photos is what looks like a hole cut in the fiberglass of the deck.

I have seen those 'circles' on the decks of 1970's Outrages (bananas). Roughly the size of a quarter and there should be more of them, regularly spaced, and shallow, yes? Sometimes they are not so obvious. I've considered them a production/mold created mark though I do not know their true nature. You can even see them in photographs of members' boats.

I toured the BW plant in Rockland many years ago. When they were foaming the hull cavity, they used to have holes in the outer hull pieces that allowed air to escape so that the foam, which was the result of a chemical reaction, could expand and fill the entire cavity. Maybe that is what you see.

I have eight of those visible on my 1970 16-foot Whaler. Shallow blind holes 1-1/8" diameter, with a mark in the center suggesting a drill was used. They appear in port and starboard pairs, all about a foot inboard from the hull. By their locations, I figured they had to do with the attachment of my boat's original wood console, pilot seat and stern seat.
