Good news. Your console can be repaired to look like new again. Do you want to do it yourself? Or take it to someone to be fixed? Basically you fill in the holes with polyester resin and mash, sand to 220/320, and use matching gelcoat in a preval spayer to establish a new coat. Sand the new gelcoat with 400 and maybe wetsand to 1000 grit, compound, polish and wax it.

If you want to have someone repair the console for you, I know a guy in Kingston Ma that would do a nice job.
