Just had some moisture readings done on my 25' Revenge and found the Whale Drive has very high readings. I am told the best way to get rid of the water is to jack up the bow to allow the water to move to the back then drill a 1/4" hole in the Whale Drive for the water to leak out. Is this correct? I am not sure where the water is entering I did find a crack in the scupper drain in the back of the drive. Not knowing how the Whaler Drive is built where it attaches to the boat should I be concerned about water getting in there? It was also mentioned I may want to add a drain plug at the bottom of the Drive. Any thoughts on that?
