I found a 1973 sourpuss. I've never seen this boat before. Is it a rare hull design? Are there any issues with this hull design? Is it a wet ride? The bow has a hole on top, and the rest of the hull is spider cracked. They're asking under $1,000 but the trailer isn't that great. Any info on this model would be appreciated.

It is a standard 13' hull with a different interior.

We have most all model information in our "Whaler Models and Specifications" link here:

I have a 1973 13' Sport that I have owned for several years. The top cap has spider cracks but the hull does not. I would say this is a great knock around boat for protected waters, not a good open water boat. I have a 40hp Yamaha 2 stroke.
