I'm looking for a FG repair shop/person in SW Michigan (Kalamazoo, South Haven, St. Joseph/BH area).
Can anybody recommend me one

When you find one, I would appreciate you letting me know. Have you looked in Holland or Grand Haven yet?
The folks at "Camp and Cruse" outside Grand Rapids are very knowledgable. They might be able to direct you.

Phil (etall) sorry for this delayed response, Yes I did repair it myself and in the next couple of weeks when I get some time I'll load up some pictures of the last couple of things I did to the boat including that repair.
