It has been a long time, I don't bottom paint anymore. But, Peel Away has worked well for me. Sherwin Williams used to sell it too. Put on the paste, cover it with the paper they give you (wax paper) so it doesn't dry out, go back to it in a day or so and scrape it off with a plastic putty knife, paint comes off like butter. You just have to make sure you wash the hull really well with the neutralizer they sell or (vinegar and water) otherwise your paint won't adhere properly. No toxic fumes or sanding dust to deal with!
