I don't know how to acquire a certificate of conformity in France, but I suspect that whatever it takes, proving the boat's provenance is a starting point.
Contact Boston Whaler Customer Service with your Hull Identification Number (HIN) as well as the Stenciled Serial number.
They will be able to tell when the boat was made, what model it was and where it was shipped to when it left the factory.
