I'm looking for a detailed design (or, at least, measurements and costruction suggestions) of the necessary wooden deck supporting the bow cushions (Outrage 22 by 80' s)

The platform you are looking for was not a factory option and was made by a Whaler dealer in Italy for your local area.

Sun lounges or platforms, I have read, are very popular in Southern France, Italy and Greece. Many Boston Whalers listed on boating websites for sale have this feature.

If I were to build it, I would install wood cleats on the bow step wall, use 3/4" marine plywood and position 2 folding legs in the middle for support. I would paint the plywood on all sides and edges to seal it.

I suggest you contact a local Boston Whaler dealer to see if they have built this for other owners.

What is your level of Woodworking DIY?

You will need a wood "cleat" that is 1"x3" that runs along the gunnel walls forward bow platform wall and the forward wall of the console. The sheets of plywood will sit on these. There may need to be one or two cross pieces of 1x3 with one or two vertical supports that go down to the floor.

The cross pieces and vertical supports can be made so they are removable.

The platform sheets do not need to be attached permanently to the cleats.
