I would like to mount a small casting-type seat in the stern area of my 1986 13 Super Sport. I have a stern mounted trolling motor and spend lots of time in the stern area fishing and was thinking it would be nice to have small seat mounted on the angled locker door that I could lean/sit on while fishing. I don't want to mount anything to the deck (besides, there is little room back there for a full seat and pedestal set up). Has anyone out there succeeded at mounting a small cushioned seat to the top of the angled locker. The angle makes it tricky. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
