Are you sure that boat doesnt have fishbox pumpouts/macreators. Every new conquest I've seen from 2004 and up has had them installed from the factory. Otherwise there's no way to drain them when the boat's in the water. You should have a main plug drain at the bottom and a screened fishbox drain at the aft corner which then runs through a macerator pump then overboard. I thought this configuration was standard.
