Eric at Specialty Marine said I could mention this when I asked, as it's not listed on his site yet. This weekend I went down to see him to pick up the Super Sport interior for my 13' and he showed me his newest product as an alternative - it's his Super Sport interior, but in a split console configuration (basically the SS console with the width cut down about 1/3, and mirrored on the port side)... it looked great and, though not exactly original style was just what I wanted...

I've posted a first picture of it at the bottom of my personal page... better pictures should (I'm told) be up on the Specialty Marine site soon!

I don't get commission, just a happy camper and thought I'd share.

looks exactly like the interior i have laid out for my 13 on the MDF in my living room, with the exception of raising my 2 inches. Looks like someone has been reading my posts.

It's very nice work... I'm looking to install this weekend - Interlux Perfection on the underside has cured for 8 days now, trailer is all ready to go, so it's time to flip her back over and get 'er done!

It looks just like a wooden version of the "Super Super Limited" interior minus the windshields and not necessarily a modified super sport. Interesting to know how you like it once you install it and see how it functions over a standard interior.

Well, depends how you look at it I suppose - it's exactly (in terms of design) Specialty Marine's SS 13' interior, with the width of the starboard console shrunk, and then mirrored on the port side... but it was definitely inspired by the later split console design (as they had one laying in their yard, and the owner told me specifically that it was his inspiration).

Whatever it is, it looks nice in my living room, and I can't wait to drop it into the boat this weekend :)
