I acquired a 19'-4" Factory built Low Profile - Outrage.
I do not have an owners Manual for it.
In the OEM area I found a 19'-4" Revenge Low Profile - but not an Outrage.

Currently I am trying to determine the actual fuel tank size.
My gas guage does not work properly - so I am wary of the amount I have in the tank.

Thank you,
Dave

Hi Dave and welcome to WhalerCentral.

The Revenge model was never made in a Low Profile series.
Here are the some specs on the Outrage 19' and the Low Profile 19'.

Looks like a 40 gallon internal tank.

There are also members with Low Profile 19's that have photos in their personal page.

I have a 19' hull also, with original factory fuel tank, and to answer the same question you are asking, I put an aux tank in the boat, and ran the belly tank dry at low idle speed, until the engine quit. I also had to install a new fuel tank sender, a relatively simple job with a unit by either Teleflex or Moeller.

With the tank empty, and boat in the water, I filled up the tank completely, and recorded amount of fuel needed to reach each gradation on the gauge. This way in the future I will always know how much fuel is remaining at any given reading of the gauge.

What I found is that although the tank has a safe working capacity of 40 gallons, as Joe indicates, the tank actually holds 43 gallons.

Incidentally, since the 21's of the same period also have this same 40 gallon tank, this would apply to those boats also.

Joe,
Thank you for the info.
Coincidenally I purchased the boat from Denny - the link you sent I see is his.
The profile of this boat is quite different from the bananna boats.
It has been a great fishing boat . I am working away at cleaning up the wood on it.
I will post some pictures as soon as I figure the site out.

Thank you!
