Please let me know how this work out for you. I have access to FREE West System Epoxy so..... I have read this works equally as well. My only issue is what to tint it with or top coat it with to get as close as the original gel coat color.
Others have posted/written to put SS flat head screws in old holes, which I can see from photos does look nice (almost factory) except I'd need a #16 flat head screw. LOL I'm thinking about re-drilling the plastic insert down about an 1/4 so I have a nice clean looking hole and then pouring in the west system. We use it a lot on furniture and tint it with powders, which works great but....never did it on a boat. Post some pics of your final project when it's completed.
