A number of the fittings on my 19 Outrage Bimini top seem to be fastened on with pop-rivets.
I assume they are stainless steel, but am hoping someone knows the length and diameter.
Thanks for help with this.

Yes they are SS. If nobody answers or knows, the only other way you can tell is by drilling the head off and you'll know the diameter. of the hole going through hinge part. I guess 1/8"
As for length I assume a 1/4" to 3/8" or so to encompass the thickness of the tube and hinge. length is not to important as it dead/blind ends inside the tube.

I am going with 3/16 x 3/8 - based on rough measurement of removed rivet. Will let you know how I do. The Bimini top was made by Great Lakes. Whaler has no drawings or info on the top, and Great Lakes doesn't seem to want to provide them, or rivet size. Three of 4 lanyards are broken, so need to replace.

When you say lanyards are you referring to the hold down straps? If so you do not need to dismantle the top to replace. You put the strap around and the pull the clip side through the loop. Some do rivet the strap on but that is usually not necessary in my opinion.

Ended up buying the following ss rivets...seem to fit ok....The Arrow RH200 rivet gun got them in but could not cut the nail...had to hacksaw it off, then smooth with a file. I think the original rivets are aluminum, probably why there is some discoloration around them...dissimilar metal reaction?

No, not the hold down strap, but I do have to replace one of them and will follow your advice...the lanyards are wires between clinch pins and the bar to help you avoid having the clinch pin go overboard when removing or installing onto the boat, which I have to do most times I go under the Spruce Creek bridge.
