I have a 2006 Conquest 205 and am looking to install a fresh water tank; anyone done this successfully? Location? Suggestions? Open to advise and instructions!!
Peter, I'm currently thinking of doing the same on my 2013 190 Outrage. How big of a tank are you planning? I've been pricing out the different options, I found the most economical so far is to buy a Big Kahuna portable shower. I'm still looking for a way to permanently install a fresh water shower though.
Hey there, not sure of the tank size yet. My original thought was to convert a live bait well but I have shelved that idea. I am contemplating pulling up the deck panel and see how much room is under there :) I need to pull it up anyway to get to the holding tank. I may end up using a 5 gallon plastic water container for the summer and plumb a pump to it. I'll keep you posted :)
Hey all, cracked this problem. I sourced a new low profile Moeller fuel tank that I have squeezed in behind the fuel tank (requires lifting the deck cover) and the water pump is going in the aft starboard storage locker. The tank required some modification :) but not rocket science. If anyone wants pictures/instructions email me directly at (removed email per guideline #4 at the top of this page)
