Member Personal Page Posts: 6 Comments: 0 Joined: 12/10/14	I am restoring a 15 sport and looking for ideas on the inside configuration I would like to have a backrest on the rear seat with a storage box built around the backrest to put some speakers and store safety equip, flares, ect right now its just a hull while i wait on the mohagany interior to be delivered to go inside so thoughts, suggestions, comments?

The previous owner had put a 15 gal. fuel tank under the helm seat which required the plastic storage box be cut to accomodate its size. I kept that configuration plus raising all the seating and console by 3 inches. This gave me a much better seating posture and allowed the battery to be placed under the console. This suits my needs better than the original layout plus clearing out the area behind the helmsman seat. 1988 15 SS w/60 Johnson
