That looks like a bad wreck.
I wouldn't have wanted to be in that one.
Looks like someone or everyone ended up in the water.

A little wax will buff that right out.

I see a lot of good salvagable stuff there:

Engine block
Cables
trim unit?
Mid-section?
steering wheel
rub rail

Chop it up and make a couple small floating docks.

Let me at it! Smile
