I have a 1977 outrage 21 and the rear deck area between the fuel tank cavity and the gunnel is slightly rounded. Is this normal? My wife was looking at them and mentioned the starboard side seemed more rounded than the port. I couldn't see a difference, but it made me wonder if the deck should be flat and this was freeze damage from saturated foam/ice expanding. It is not soft at all. There were a number of unsealed penetrations in the deck. Now all drilled, countersunk, and filled with epoxy.

That is very strange. I have not seen anything like your condition in my 1974. Even it were from freeze expansion, you would think that it would subside when thawed. Perhaps it's expecting twins.
