1974 whaler montauk, has a 23 1/2 transom so am looking for a manufacturer who has a platform for or will fit this boat. I have noticed many say 24 inch required for mounting for the outboard side. The inboard brace comes in many lengths, so what length is best 14,16, and even seen a 19 inch support.
I am looking for a teak one used or new, and am aware of the [specialty one] for whalers but $400 cost is not possible for me.
