It was easy when I had my Montauk- gas tanks go under the seat. Now that my tank is in the floor, I am trying to figure out how to use this space more efficiently. I have a 1973 LO PRO. What does everyone else put underneath their RPS? Thanks, Bricken

1. A cooler as a cooler or for dry storage

2. Fishing tackle boxes if you fish

3. Montauk style fuel tanks if you take long trips.

All of the above can be changed for changing needs.

(EDIT: added link to the cooler photo)

I had a sunbrella safety gear bag made. It holds 4 jackets, throwable, flare kit, first aid kit etc. Hangs off the bottom of the seat from awning tracks and has a drop/zipperd front. 2" off the floor for cleaning, and has a mesh bottom for ventilation. Frees up the console's storage.
