I have been working hard on making many pages for the members different model Whalers and a count to show how many different Whalers are listed here by the members.

Here is the main link to the new "Members Boat Model Count".
http://www.whalercentral.com/viewpage...age_id=163

If you click on your model, another page may come up to give you more info on other members with the same model.

If you cannot click on your model, then there is already a complete list of other members in this other link.
http://www.whalercentral.com/boat_lis...st/bl1.php
and/or
These links:
http://www.whalercentral.com/articles...p?cat_id=7

I am trying not to duplicate anything that is already in the links above.
Some of the new links are, Dauntless Models (all), Conquest Models (all), Walkaround Models (all), etc.

At this time I am not including most all of the newer models with the 3 digit name like Outrage 190, Dauntless 220, etc.. These models start in 2002 and newer.
Remember, this is a Classic Whaler site dedicated to the older Whalers.
Maybe someday I will add more of the newer models, but for now, most all the info is on the Boston Whaler website.

Hope this is helpful to some of you interested in this type of reference.

Interesting. I would have thought that the Sport 13' models were most common, but it looks like that title is held by the Montauk 17'.

Thanks for the new look at the information.

I use this on occasion...usually when looking for a photo of some particular detail on a boat like mine.

Joe

Is there a way to update the engine? I repowered a couple of years ago to 2005 3.3 liter Etec 200.

Nice job on the consolidation of information. I can see where it could come in handy.

What a great idea to present this information this way. This is a valuable reference unlike anything else available for our boats. Thanks, Joe.

I winter in Ft. Myers and summer in St. Joseph, Michigan. It’s now about 12 years since I’ve joined this group. I gave my 1972 whaler to my daughter and sold the 17’. Bought an O’Day 28 sailboat and sailed on Lake Michigan. Yesterday I bought a 2005 130 Sport.

The pages are fun to look at. I use them when someone mentions a type of boat and I go take a look at similar models or if I have a question on some issue on my boat.

Got mine back from the shop so you can add me to the list.

Hull ID number is BWC5H 538D989

Doug,

A few of those lists are the special lists that I have been tracking variouis part changes and optional equipment through the years.
For those pages, a member would need to alert me to the fact of the changes.
I will change the motor info for you.
Thanks.

Eagles,

To get on the special list, you would also need to provide your Stencil number like the others on the list. (except a couple that need to be added)
http://www.whalercentral.com/articles...icle_id=20

You boat comes right after my prior Outrage 22' Cuddy in that list.
The Stencil number starts with F2 as the F stands for a boat that was made in Florida after Boston Whaler moved.

wing and the rest,
glad you like it too

No stencil number around the transom. It was repainted by original owner and myself. The tag with hull ID number was removed and reattached and there's an identical tag in the forward locker but no "stencil" numbers.

Guess I'm not going to be "special"...oh noes!!!

If I remember correctly, the stencil number was in the starboard rope locker.

There it is. F20275

The instructions said

Stencil numbers can be found on the inside of the transom and/or inside the bow locker

You must be reading the info on the smaller models.

You are now added to the list and thanks for submitting your info.

I have been updating and adding newer model Whalers with the 3 digit naming system to this list.
I have also added some hidden links that are only visible by hovering your mouse above that link which will turn orange(ish) and become underlined.

As of now, we have 7.743 members that have their boat info listed.
