Finally got to work on refinishing the Mahogany.
A light coat and sand followed by a second one sealed the deal for this original piece.
If Fish Cop is still alive,my thanks to him again for farming out this lovely piece to me here in BC.

The deck having lost it's original luster begged to be made smooth once and for all.
The work actually took less time then I though due to the non skid areas being left as is.
